Job Description

Position : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring that our projects remain on budget while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to prepare detailed estimates.
• Maintain and update our database of pricing information and historical data.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals.
• Attend project meetings to provide input on cost-related decisions.
• Monitor project budgets and provide financial reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery and/ or fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery fit-out processes and materials.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
