We are seeking A-Players with a strong sales background and at least 6 months of real estate experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. Role Objective: As a Real Estate Consultant, your primary objective is to drive company growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic client management and market expertise.

Key Performance Objectives:

• Achieve Monthly Sales Targets:
• Close a minimum of 3 property deals per month within the first six months.
• Generate a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with 20-30 active clients at any given time.
• Achieve a client satisfaction rate of 90% or higher through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
• Market Expertise and Property Transactions:
• Conduct 10-15 property viewings per week for both secondary and off-plan properties.
• Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information, resulting in informed and confident property decisions.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Successfully negotiate property deals ensuring favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
• Achieve a deal closure rate of 70% for all presented offers.
• Professional Development and Compliance:
• Obtain RERA certification within the first three months of employment.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of real estate experience in the UAE with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Fresh graduates from Dubai with a strong interest in real estate are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and key developments.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Valid UAE driver's license and Broker's License (preferred but optional).
