Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in the Lighting or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of site activities, particularly related to installation and coordination for MEP systems and lighting setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution: Oversee and manage the execution of various site activities, including tray installation, cable pulling, driver installation, and rack and control installations. Installation Coordination: Ensure the installation process aligns with project requirements and schedules. Monitor and ensure quality and safety standards are followed. Subcontractor Coordination: Work closely with site subcontractors to provide clear instructions, resolve issues, and ensure clearance and timely installation. Progress Monitoring: Track and report the progress of work on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines. Site Supervision: Supervise the work of installation teams and ensure they comply with safety protocols and technical specifications. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, installation logs, and compliance checks. Quality Control: Inspect the work for quality assurance, and identify any discrepancies or issues, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Electrical. 2 years of proven experience in site execution, specifically in the Lighting or MEP field. Strong understanding of electrical installations such as trays, cables, drivers, and control systems. Familiarity with construction schedules and site safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in communication and coordination skills to work with subcontractors and site teams.
Desired Skills:

Knowledge of MEP systems and Lighting solutions. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with site safety regulations and ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with these regulations. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, while also independently managing tasks when necessary.
Additional Points to Consider Adding (Optional):

Experience with specific tools and equipment used in MEP or lighting installations. Proficiency in software tools for project tracking and reporting (such as MS Project or AutoCAD). Ability to work flexible hours or on weekends as required, depending on project deadlines.
