Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage road construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of road construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and construction staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, compliance records, and safety logs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in road construction or a similar field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
