Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute creative photography and video projects from ideation to final production. - Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand image across all content. - Capture high-quality photographs and video footage that reflect the essence of our products, services, and brand values. - Edit and enhance photos and videos, ensuring they meet the highest aesthetic and technical standards. - Stay updated with the latest photography and video trends, styles, and techniques to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into our projects. - Provide creative direction during pre-production, production, and post-production stages, ensuring the desired narrative and mood are effectively conveyed. - Manage and organize a library of multimedia assets, making them easily accessible for future projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience to deliver content that resonates with viewers. - Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for upcoming campaigns and projects. - Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and impact of our visual content. *Qualifications:* - Proven experience as a Photographer and Video Editor, with an impressive portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality work. - Proficiency in industry-standard photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.). - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and lighting techniques. - Ability to adapt to changing trends and styles while maintaining a consistent brand identity. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. - A keen eye for detail, color, and design aesthetics. - Up-to-date knowledge of current photography and video trends and techniques. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and assets effectively. *Preferred:* - Formal education or degree in Photography, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field. - Experience in creating content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital advertising. - Familiarity with different video formats and codecs to optimize content for different platforms.
