Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
• Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage office supplies
HR Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
• Address employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures
• Support HR team with employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience : 2-3 years of experience in HR role
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
