Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Chef Assistant to support food preparation and operations at a food kiosk during a special 18-day event in Sharjah. The kiosk will serve Birria Tacos and Burgers , so prior experience in assisting with these dishes is preferred. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, able to work in a high-pressure environment, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the chef in preparing Birria Tacos and Burgers .
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Help with assembling dishes and serving customers during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Assist with stock management and daily operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a chef assistant, preferably with Birria Tacos and Burgers .
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability for the 18-day event and two days before for training.
• Valid food handler certificate is a plus.
Compensation:
• Competitive daily rate (to be discussed during the interview).
• Meals provided during shifts.
Job Type: Temporary
