•Job Summary:•

We are seeking a skilled and experienced •Engine Builder• to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in assembling and rebuilding high-performance engines with precision, working with premium brands such as McLaren, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Porsche. This full-time role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art workshop.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- •Engine Assembly:• Perform precision assembly and rebuilding of high-performance engines for supercars and hypercars.

- •Inspection and Diagnosis:• Inspect engine components for wear or damage and provide detailed reports with recommendations.

- •Custom Modifications:• Work on performance upgrades such as camshaft installation, porting, and balancing.

- •Testing and Tuning:• Collaborate with the tuning team to optimize engine performance after assembly.

- •Troubleshooting:• Diagnose and resolve engine-related issues during builds or maintenance.

- •Record Keeping:• Maintain detailed records of engine builds, including clearances, torque specs, and part numbers.

- •Collaboration:• Work closely with the engineering, tuning, and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal performance.

- •Safety Compliance:• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and guidelines.

•Qualifications:•

- Proven experience as an •Engine Builder• or similar role, preferably with high-performance or motorsport engines.

- Strong knowledge of forced induction systems (turbochargers and superchargers).

- Expertise in using precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, dial bore gauges).

- Familiarity with high-performance engine components and materials.

- Understanding of engine management systems and tuning processes.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

- Attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Mechanical Engineering qualifications or equivalent experience (preferred).

- Competitive salary: AED •4,000 - AED 8,000• per month, based on experience.
