Job Description

Job Title: Construction Manager - MEP

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP construction
• Preference for candidates with experience in the UAE, specifically Abu Dhabi

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 15,000 - AED 18,000 per month
• Company-provided car

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of MEP subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that safety standards are maintained.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Provide leadership and direction to the project team and ensure effective communication among all parties involved

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
