As a Carpenter at Divine Furniture Company, you will play a crucial role in crafting and assembling custom furniture pieces. You will work closely with our design and production teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring each piece meets our high standards for quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and repair wooden furniture according to specifications and design plans.
• Measure and cut wood and other materials with precision.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery.
• Sand, stain, and finish wood products as needed.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are executed to the client's vision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in furniture making.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in custom furniture making.
• Knowledge of various wood finishes and treatments.
• Certification in carpentry or relevant vocational training.
