Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.

Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.

Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to standards.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Keep accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, promptly addressing concerns and implementing solutions.

Coordinate with project management teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.

Participate in project meetings, providing input and insights to support project planning and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the construction process.

Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures to improve construction processes and project outcomes.

Monitor all site activities for potential contractual/claims problems.

Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on matters relating to responsibilities.

Handle all project coordination for mechanical and civil construction and maintenance works.

Coordinate construction material requests and liaise with the purchase and accounts department to arrange and distribute materials to various sites.

Communicate effectively with site teams and motivate them to meet project objectives while ensuring adherence to ADNOC procedures.

Submit permits and certificates in advance, ensuring compliance with permit procedures.

Ensure work sites are clean, clear, and safe upon completion or suspension of work.

Attach the TRA/JSA to permits before submission and display permit copies at work sites.

Remain at the work site for the duration of work activities.

Close permits upon completion of work activities.

Any other responsibilities will be assigned to you by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
