• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
• Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Keep accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, promptly addressing concerns and implementing solutions.

• Submit permits and certificates in advance, ensuring compliance with permit procedures.
• Ensure work sites are clean, clear, and safe upon completion or suspension of work.
