Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified ADNOC Approved Job Performer to execute tasks and responsibilities in compliance with ADNOC's stringent safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have the necessary certifications, experience, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently according to ADNOC's procedures and guidelines.

- Ensure tasks are completed within the specified timeframe, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

- Adhere to all ADNOC safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Participate in safety drills, meetings, and training sessions as required.

- Maintain high standards of work quality and identify/correct errors in work processes.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.

- Provide regular updates on task progress and any issues encountered.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work performed.

- Complete all required documentation and reports as per ADNOC standards.

- Participate in ADNOC-approved training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge.

- Suggest improvements to work processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

- ADNOC Job Performer Certification / approvals.
- Active SAP account.

- HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Training Certification.

- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation).

Education:

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and safety.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in [relevant software/tools].

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in challenging environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, remote locations).

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.

Working Conditions:

- On-site work at ADNOC facilities, including offshore and onshore locations.

- Adherence to ADNOC's shift schedules, which may include night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information:

- Willingness to travel to various ADNOC project sites as required.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• oil & gas field: 3 years (Preferred)
