Salary: AED to be discussed/month + Percentage of Project Profits

Role Summary:

Touq Property Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Project Engineer to oversee and execute fit-out and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing diverse projects, combining expertise in civil and MEP works. Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role to ensure seamless coordination between clients, teams, and stakeholders. This role is integral to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out and infrastructure projects.
• Lead project execution from initiation to handover, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
• Team Management
• Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Foster a collaborative and productive environment through clear and effective communication.
• Technical Oversight
• Provide technical guidance in civil and MEP works to ensure integration and efficiency in project execution.
• Review designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Risk Management
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
• Financial Management
• Track project costs and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Participate in negotiations and provide input on contract terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including local authority approvals (e.g., ADDC, ADCD, ADM).
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fit-out and infrastructure projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of civil and MEP works, including integration in complex projects.
• Communication Skills:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to convey technical details in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
