Position Overview:
The Jewellery Shop Manager oversees daily operations, drives sales, manages staff, and ensures exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations: Manage inventory, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Sales: Achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications:
• Experience in retail management, ideally in jewellery or luxury goods.
