Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable JCB Operator to join our team. The JCB Operator will be responsible for operating JCB machinery on construction sites to perform various tasks such as excavation, digging, lifting, and loading materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and will ensure safe, efficient, and precise operation of equipment in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate JCB backhoe loaders, excavators, or other heavy machinery for digging, lifting, trenching, and loading tasks. Ensure all JCB equipment is properly maintained, checked daily, and kept in good working condition. Follow worksite plans and blueprints to complete excavation, grading, and construction tasks to specifications. Work in close collaboration with supervisors, contractors, and other crew members to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule. Perform digging and trenching operations to prepare foundations, trenches, and holes for construction. Load materials (soil, sand, gravel, etc.) into trucks, bins, or other machinery using JCB equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks on JCB machines, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while operating JCB equipment on-site. Monitor the worksite for hazards or safety concerns and report any issues to the supervisor. Assist in the setup and breakdown of work areas, including moving materials and tools. Ensure that work areas are tidy and organized at all times.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
