1. Preparing legal contracts in English.
2. Reviewing documents and giving legal assistance.
3. Assist with company compliance issues.
4. Offer services in corporate legal procedures and other specific business legal needs.
5. Working on procedures and documents pertaining to commercial law and any other legal
requirements.
6. Experience with all manner of corporate documents.
7. Strong legal verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Prior corporate experience – 3-5 years.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or College Degree with Paralegal
Certifications.
3. Strong Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must know how to do presentations.
