OverviewAssist and educate patients after their consultation with clinician; coordinate, plan and implement care and maintain associated records.
Ensures coordination between internal stakeholders and patient/couple seeking treatment follwing up with patients since start of their treatment until embryo transfer and continue the journey with them until the live birth in order to have proper records and documentation.Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with IVF staff including clinicians, IVF laboratory, nursing, operating room, CROs, call center, finance, patient relations, quality department and patient/couple.
• Checks reason for any delay in patient care services.
• Calls patients back by answering all their inquiries received by the CRO office regarding any Patient needs.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• Participates in the provision of up-to-date, accurate and relevant health education using evidence-based practice.
• Responsible for offering all patients with a negative pregnancy test results an earliest possible appointment with the treating clinician to understand the reasons for their outcome.
• To follow up with all Patient and document all Clinical pregnancy Outcomes data and live birth.
• Contact all failed cycle patients after three months of their previous cycle to check their intention for the next cycle and coordinate with CRO\'s to book an appointment at the suitable time.
• Guides patients who lives outside Abu Dhabi on issues related to their treatment and shares their treatment plan with them to minimize their unnecessary journeys.

QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelors degree in related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience as Admin in Healthcare facilites.
