The IV Support Executive is responsible for contacting and qualifying clients who have purchased investment travel packages, with a primary focus on ensuring their participation in the upcoming investment trips. The role involves assessing potential investors, addressing any travel-related concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and timely travel process. The ultimate goal is to maximize the number of clients traveling within the current business month and ensuring they are well-prepared for their investment visit.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Qualification
  • Contact and confirm every client booked for the travel stage.
  • Assess and identify potential investors by understanding their financial profile, occupation, existing investments, and overall suitability.
  • Ensure the client meets the financial requirements for the investment trip, including the reservation fee and initial payment plan.
  • Determine the clients investment aspirations and reasoning.
  • Verify that the client is the sole decision-maker or ensure that all relevant parties attend the investment trip.
  • Encourage clients to travel at the earliest possible date post-purchase.
Investment Trip Preparation
  • Clarify client expectations for the TFG investment trip.
  • Ensure the client understands the two-day Investment Visit itinerary and its purpose.
  • Promote urgency by highlighting available discounts and limited product availability.
  • Communicate and promote ongoing TFG investment promotions.
Internal Coordination & Payment Processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Travel, Tele-Sales, and Property Consultants, to streamline the client experience.
  • Address and resolve any pending payments related to travel (tickets, visas, etc.).
  • Ensure all necessary documents are collected and payment receipts match the package price.
Desired Skill & Expertise
  • MUST speak Arabic and French and English fluently
  • Prior experience in outbound sales calls or telesales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to assess client financial profiles and investment potential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities
