Job Summary

:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our IT and ELV products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing in ELV or a related IT field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, proposals, and tenders.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and business expansion.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or ELV industry in the UAE.
2. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Minimum qualification is diploma in a related field)
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and close deals.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (emails, calls).
6. Fluent in English and Hindi, with a preferred working knowledge of Arabic.
7. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
8. Knowledge of IT and ELV products and services.
9. Ability to work on Target basis (Terms & Conditions apply)
