We are seeking a highly skilled IT/Digital Strategy Expert to lead the strategic alignment of our IT capabilities with business objectives. The successful candidate will analyse current systems, identify opportunities for innovation, and design technology roadmaps to meet future needs. You will play a pivotal role in technology adoption, governance, and project management while fostering collaboration across departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term IT strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Analyse current IT capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends (e.g., AI, cloud computing, IoT) and assess their impact.
• Design enterprise architecture solutions and implement frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
• Ensure IT governance, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage large-scale IT projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
• Create cloud adoption strategies and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimise operational disruptions.
• Optimise IT budgets and conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Lead change management initiatives for IT transformations.
• Provide actionable insights using data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance IT's role in improving customer experiences.

Skills

Essential Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IoT.
• Project management proficiency (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Cloud platforms experience: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (Oracle, Banner).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks (ISO 27001, firewalls, encryption).
• Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with customer-centric IT strategies and digital transformation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
