Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Italian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Italian cuisine, a flair for creativity, and a commitment to high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook various Italian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Develop and refine recipes to maintain and elevate the menu.
- Source and select fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Monitor and manage kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Italian culinary techniques.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
