Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IT Trainer to design and deliver training on Microsoft tools like MS 365, SharePoint, Excel, and OneDrive.Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs on Microsoft products.
Create user-friendly guides, documentation, and interactive training materials.
Collaborate with L&D and IT teams to align training with goals and updates.
Measure training effectiveness through feedback and reporting.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in training users on Microsoft tools.
Hands-on experience in application migrations or implementations.
Expertise in collaboration and file-sharing platforms like OneDrive.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Ability to manage multiple training projects efficiently.
Experience in training end users.

Qualifications

Certification in Microsoft products (Microsoft Certified Trainer) preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT training or a related field.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms or LMS is a plus.
