Experience: 8+ years in software testing in Dubai, with at least 3 years managing SAP quality assurance
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldKey Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the SAP test strategy for a successful implementation
- Ensure QA processes in SAP testing align with project milestones and deliverables
- Define test objectives for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Lead and mentor a team of software testers and QA engineers in Dubai
- Provide training on SAP testing methodologies and test automation tools
- Oversee end-to-end SAP testing execution and ensure defects are properly tracked and resolved
- Implement quality control standards for SAP software deployment
- Conduct regular QA audits for SAP projects and maintain compliance
- Identify and mitigate software testing risks in Dubai-based SAP projects
- Manage test case automation and use tools like HP ALM and SAP Solution Manager
- Drive continuous improvement in IT testing methodologies and QA processesSkills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP implementation testing in Dubai
- Deep understanding of software testing automation tools
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Solution Manager
- Proven knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skillsCertifications (Preferred)
- ISTQB/ISEB Testing Certification
