Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

IT Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

installing, configuring, and maintaining phone systems, CCTV, intercoms, Wi-Fi networks, and servers

for various clients. This role requires technical expertise in networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations. The candidate should also stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

VoIP and PBX phone systems

Set up and manage

CCTV surveillance systems

, including wiring, cameras, and remote access Install, configure, and troubleshoot

intercom systems

for residential and commercial use Configure and maintain

servers (Windows/Linux) and network infrastructure

Set up, configure, and optimize

Wi-Fi networks

, including

signal extension and troubleshooting

Ensure

data security, backup solutions, and system updates

Stay updated with

emerging technologies

in phone systems, security, networking, and IT infrastructure Provide

technical support

and resolve system-related issues Document installations and maintain

technical reports

Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend the best solutions

Requirements:

Experience in

phone system installation and VoIP/PBX setup

Proficiency in

CCTV and intercom installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of

server setup, maintenance, and networking

Experience in

Wi-Fi setup, signal extension, and troubleshooting connectivity issues

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues Familiarity with

firewalls, routers, and network security protocols

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to

learn and adapt to new technologies

UAE driving license (preferred)
