It Technician
Job Description
The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales department to understand client IT requirements, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage IT assignments from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, timely, and budget-conscious delivery for all projects.
• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality and Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Must Have:
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication ability
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IT and cybersecurity.
