Qualifications & Experience
Know How, Skills, Experience & Competencies
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma holder in a related field
1-2 years of experience in IT Technical related role.
1 year of Aviation Industry work experience will be an advantage.
Role Specific Qualifications Or Licenses
English language test level 4 required with a passing grade of 60%
Excellent Written and Verbal skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage.
Basic Office 365 Application skills.
Job Duties : Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Maintain records/logs of repair and fixes.
Daily maintenance of CheckIn/Gate Hardware,
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Providing L1 support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Inspection of all Signage display to ensure no downtime.
Creating, updating, and maintaining seat map in Maestro.
Proper Handover of work after shift.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
