The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an outstanding IT Technician to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.The closing date for applications is 17th September 2024.About the RoleAs IT Technician you will support the organisation and deliver a high level of technicial support to BISAD staff and students.Main duties will include:
Investigate and resolve technical issues with BISAD computers
Perform ongoing maintenance on BISAD\'s IT equipment
Provide technical assistance with IWBs, projectors, printers, photocopiers, phones and other peripheral devices
Ensure the security of all ICT assets
Use the IT helpdesk to prioritise and track support requests
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in IT support and helpdesk support systems - Essential
Degree level education in relevant discipline - Preferable
A good understanding of Office 365 suites - Essential
High levels of personal integrity
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
Ideally the candidate will already be living in Abu Dhabi
