Job Description

IT Technical Support Responsibility:

• Installing and maintaining computer hardware.
• Managing Windows AD Users, groups and Ous.
• Managing Shared Folder with required permissions.
• Cabling.
• Troubleshooting minor issues with devices and printers.
• Installing and updating software and applications.
• Configuring and maintaining wired and wireless networks.
• Resolving network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshooting software and application-related issues.
• Providing technical support for users in using software.
• Installing and configuring software and updates.
• Backing up and restoring data.
• Resolving issues related to data loss or corruption.
• Responding to user queries and resolving their issues.
• Configuring and maintaining mobile devices (such as smartphones and tablets).
• Resolving technical issues related to these devices.
• Installing and maintaining operating systems.
• Documenting all activities and updates.

Requirements:

o • •Bachelor's degree in information technology.

o • •CCNA qualified (certified is preferred).

o • •MCSA qualified (certified is preferred).

• One year of experience in same field.
• UAE Driving license (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
