Responsibilities

Proactively troubleshoot software, hardware and networking problems, through on-site support/remote assistance Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues as per agreed SLA's. Assist the team with the implementation of IT business applications across various domains for flawless execution during the implementation phase. Maintain accurate and monthly inventory of all company IT equipment, consumable and prepare inventory status reports. Handle preventive repair & maintenance of all IT equipment to avoid any breakdown of equipment Overseeing and reconciliation of email account licenses. Gather, analyze, and process business requirements of IT Infrastructure to set up new site offices, existing setup changes, and cancellation of services which includes site survey, Bill of Quantity (BoQ) of IT items, Service Request forms with business approval, internet package, internal cabling, laptops, printers, telephones, emails, mobile SIM cards etc. Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

Requirements

Familiarity with ERP Systems, ITIL Systems, Windows and Windows Server administrative functions, Active Directory and Access Rights Construction or facility management industry experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users Ability to work well in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related filed is must.
