The onsite resource must be bilingual (Arabic & English speaker) in order to understand and respond to the users queries and help them use the system in the right way.
Coordinate with technical and business staff from other departments for business analysis and systems support, as required.
Maintain up-to-date information about all infrastructure services, including their support contract and vendor details and ensure their service sustainability & availability.
Coordinate with the support team in handling internal users issues and take the necessary actions to resolve them.
Train the users, wherever necessary.
Perform research activities to gather information on latest developments in technology for business improvements.
Follow up assigned managers assigned tasks to the team and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure completing the various tasks as per the approved plans.
Follow up the sections action plans to ensure achieving set targets. Reports should be submitted to the manager about any delay with the delay reasons.
Follow up staff requirements as per the instructions of the management.
Maintain training records and training impact forms filled by students for the Section and coordinate with concerned parties regarding personnel training.
Arrange the Sections meetings with various parties and ensure providing all requirements to ensure successful meetings.
Maintain minutes of meetings file and follow up the assigned tasks as per the management instructions.
Take minutes of meetings of ITIS Team Meetings, Project Review Meeting or as assigned by the Section Manager and raise issues of various orders that require immediate action during these meetings
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare a monthly report for the management about the action plan for the section and achievements.
Organize sections events as per management instructions and in coordination with concerned departments.
Perform administrative daily work considering client applicable procedures.
Support contracts management process and coordinate with relevant departments.
Prepare official letter and required documentation for the management and the sections team members.
Make sure to follow with team members to submit all actions on the section to the departments coordinators.
Make sure to back team members if they are not on the desk.
Managing sections leave plans and internal team management.
Managing sections related contracts and invoices through arranging with relevant departments internally and coordinating with vendor.
Provide translation service and support to other sections coordinators in the department.
Maintain all technical documents in terms of repository, archiving and indexing,
Any other duties or tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors in information technology or related from recognized university.
4 years relevant working experience.
Good Knowledge in the latest technologies, digital transformation & 4th industrial revolution requirements.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
