PipeCare Group is looking for an experienced IT Administrator who will be in-charge for IT troubleshooting and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, along with some user support responsibilities.Key Responsibilities & Authorities
Fujitsu, HP rack servers management;
Fujitsu Ethernus DX class FC fabric data storage;
Brocade FC SAN switch fabric management;
VMWare cluster management.
Users support via Service Desk solution;
Microsoft AD and remote sites (replication, GPO) management;
Windows Server 2012,2016,2019. Active Directory, File Permissions, Storage, Raid.
User management and license assignment in MS365.
Firewall PfSense or Open Sense, Open VPN, IPSEC, Routing, WAN, LAN, DNS, DHCP, Site-to-Site tunnelling, switch management.
Vendor Coordination and purchase for New requirements.
Able to work and support as a single entity.
Understand System logs, troubleshoot, Manage and Monitor Windows Server. Basic knowledge of working with Linux OS.
Familiar with DNS, Dynamic DNS, Hosting control Panel.
Familiar with DNS Security, Antivirus Management, Network License Managers and HASP.
Office 365/ MS Azure administration
Skills/Experience:
University degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
Systems Administration/System Engineer certifications in Microsoft technologies.
3+ years of system administration experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to restrain problem area and eliminate it ASAP.
Sufficient work experience at Service Desk, help users to solve specific work-related tasks.
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, MS Exchange 2013+, AD group policy and GPO.
Deep knowledge of servers hardware, data storage and fiber channel networks principals.
Good knowledge of networking, including OSI level 2\\3 switching, VLANs, routing, sub-netting and port grouping.
Office 365/ MS Azure administration
