Job Description

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving (technical) skills. Ability to multitask and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times.
• Manage IT systems, including databases, email servers
• Onsite administrator for the Domain controller, Active directory and other IT & network security systems. Sonic Wall, CCTV, Attendance system
• Ensure smooth running of all telephone, EPBX and voice systems and inter connectivity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ERP Management
• Hands-on experience in maintaining ICT Infrastructure (Servers, Data & Voice cabling, Data Switches, Wireless Access Points, Access point Controllers, Routers, Firewall, Internet Lines, PCs, Laptops, Tablet PCs, Printers, Peripherals)
• Support and troubleshooting on APC and related UPS/Cabinet Power equipment
• Assist on call support as and when required
• Daily monitoring and maintenance of network and system devices across all location
• Installation, configuration, and implementation of end-user and network/system devices with robust security measures
• Scheduled backups of servers, storages, telephony systems, and CCTV, with secure movement to remote locations for data protection
• Creation, management, and maintenance of user profiles, groups policies, email, and folder access permission.
• Installation and configuration of security protection on servers, client PCs, and mobile devices.
• Monitoring and upkeep of servers, firewalls, routers, and switches, ensuring continuous operation.
• Remote troubleshooting, helpdesk management, and timely resolution of IT support requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to company systems and data.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
