We are seeking a proactive

IT

System Administrator

to manage and maintain our network infrastructure, servers, and systems. You will ensure system security, performance, and reliability, handle software updates, provide internal technical support, and manage Office 365 applications. Collaboration with the IT team to improve processes and technologies will also be key. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance for optimal efficiency. Implement security measures, including applying patches, updates, and regular audits. Provide technical support to internal users. Manage backup and restore processes. Handle Active Directory (AD) group policy configurations. Administer Office 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint). Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in system administration or similar roles. In-depth knowledge of system security, networks, and databases. Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, or Mac OS. Familiarity with network protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and cloud services. Experience with virtual machines, storage solutions, and backup systems. Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are advantageous.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in technical support or system administration. Solid technical knowledge of software and hardware systems. Strong communication and customer service skills.
