- Providing remote support for our customers (Microsoft) and our Yo colleagues (Google)
- Working through tickets on our Salesforce CRM system
- Answering inbound support calls
- Ensuring systems are secure and updated
- Resolving Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS software issues
- Resolving issues with connected devices, printers, scanners etc
- Maintaining and monitoring customers network and backup using the RMM
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working to SLA\'sSalary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSAre you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - Verbal and written
- 2+ years experience in IT support is essential
- Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience working with UK businesses is beneficial
- Familiar with Windows operating systems; Windows 7,8,10,11 Windows Server 2003-2019 and Mac OS Big Sur/ Montreal
- Experience with networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP etc)
- Understanding of Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Google applications
- Local and Cloud Backup solutions
- Persistence to overcome challenges
