DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an IT Support Technician in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Offer timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, as well as network-related issues
Respond to incoming technical support requests via various channels in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software problems
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software applications, as well as updates
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings
Respond to IT support requests through a ticketing system and ensure prompt resolutions
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network security measures
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
Carry out regular maintenance and updates of computers and network systems
Maintain data backups and ensure data security and confidentiality
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course
Practical experience in this field required
Should have great troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
Expertise in Windows and Mac OS environments
Must be familiar with network protocols and basic network troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as well as educational software applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Must be a great communicator
