Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Staff. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Conduct user training sessions on basic IT procedures and software usage.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
