Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently, both remotely and on-site. Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through regular monitoring and maintenance. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT solutions and infrastructure. Document technical procedures, instructions, and resolutions for reference purposes.Requirements:Proven experience as an IT Support Staff or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
