Job Description

Mantech IT is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for remote troubleshooting, email & software support, on-site visits, IT security audits, and cloud backup management. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and hands-on IT expertise to ensure seamless IT operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Remote & On-Site IT Support

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network issues remotely and on-site.

Provide email and software support (e.g., Outlook, Office 365, cloud applications).

Conduct monthly system health checks and IT security audits.

? On-Site Services (Standard & Premium Clients)

Perform network and hardware inspections during monthly visits.

Conduct basic and advanced IT security audits.

Assist in cloud backup management and cybersecurity monitoring.

? Monitoring & Response

Ensure 24/7 remote monitoring of critical IT systems.

Provide fast response times (within 6-24 hours based on service level).

Offer priority on-site visits for Premium clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS troubleshooting.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 & email support.

Basic to advanced understanding of networking, firewalls, and security monitoring.

Hands-on experience with cloud backup solutions and cybersecurity practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of IT support experience (remote and on-site).

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (preferred).
