We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain IT systems in our organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware and software support, networking, and system administration.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, software malfunctions, and connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access controls.
Maintain and update IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and asset inventory.
Ensure the security of systems and data by implementing antivirus and cybersecurity measures.
Support email systems, cloud storage, and backup solutions.
Assist in software installations, updates, and license management.
Work with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices and security protocols.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software.
Experience in networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), troubleshooting, and basic server management.
Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems, and IT asset management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or CCNA are a plus.
