We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of NVRs, DVRs, networking equipment, PBX systems, printers, and other IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain NVR and DVR systems.
• Manage networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Administer PBX systems.
• Support and troubleshoot office printers and Zebra printers.
• Provide support for Microsoft Outlook and Google Admin.
• Assist with hardware and software installations.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Document procedures and maintain records.
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience : 3+ years in IT support or related role.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in NVR/DVR systems.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Experience with Mikrotik router setup.
• PBX systems administration.
• Office printer and Zebra printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Outlook and Google Admin Console.
• Certifications : CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (preferred).
• Must have a driver's license and be willing to work off-site when required. The job is 6 days a week.
Physical Requirements
• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and computer use.
• Server Admin Skills Preferred
Working Conditions
• Office-based with occasional site travel.
• May require after-hours or weekend work for maintenance or emergency support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• UAE driver's license (Required)
