Resolving logged errors in a timely manner. Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics. Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems. Maintaining databases and ensuring system security. Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests. Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support. Knowledge in Firewalls, Network Printer setup and WiFi setup. Knowledge in Google Workspace, Outlook, Windows 10. MacOS (plus but not mandatory) Troubleshooting of PDA devices, laptops, PC, printers. First line of fixing/repairing devices before sending to vendors for higher level of repair. Develop a network of vendors for IT and can minimize costings for IT Infrastructure. Publishing daily staff attendance and fixing anomalies Find local vendors for all IT-related procurement Reduce the cost of printing in the operations Weekly asset audits and the IRs for the slightest damage to the asset Setup, and implement strict IT policy which is separate from Tamer but has a similar level of sophistication and restrictions to protect the business without effecting our day-to-day operations.
