Technical support & resolving business problems
Monitoring system performance and software components
Hardware management and repair
Designing and introducing new technologies and computers
Software installation
Continued personal professional development
Security threats management/cybersecurity
Developing and implementing high-level strategies for growth
Data collection, analysis, and reporting
Coordinating IT projects across the organisation
