Job Title: IT HR Specialist / IT-HR Coordinator
We are seeking an IT HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and Human Resources, managing HR technologies, optimizing HR processes, and providing technical support for HR systems. You will play a key role in HRIS management, data analytics, and supporting HR strategies with advanced technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• HRIS Management:
• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and other HR technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems.
• Configure and customize HR software to meet organizational needs.
• Data Analytics and Reporting:
• Generate HR-related data reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Analyze HR data to support decision-making in recruitment, retention, and performance management.
• Create visual dashboards and presentations for HR metrics.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement automation solutions within HR workflows.
• Provide technical support for process improvements in onboarding, performance reviews, and employee records.
• Collaborate with HR to optimize the user experience with HR technology tools.
• Training and Support:
• Train HR staff and employees on using HR technology effectively.
• Offer support and troubleshooting for end-users to enhance efficiency in HR operations.
• Maintain documentation and user guides for HR systems.
• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
• Work closely with IT and HR departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Provide technical insight for HR projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of IT solutions tailored for HR needs.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in IT, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Previous experience managing HRIS, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar.
• Experience in data reporting, analytics, and dashboarding using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HRIS software and databases.
• Proficiency in database management, SQL, and report generation.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g., VBA, Power Automate).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy as it pertains to HR data.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and HR-specific language.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical and process challenges.
Optional Skills (Preferred):
• Certifications in HR or IT, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, CompTIA, or similar.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge for process automation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
