Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation in IT Service Management
Microsoft administrator certifications in, servers, Azure, Desktop and Office 365
CompTIA Servers+ is a plus
Minimum Experience:
At least 5 years of system administration, database and web apps experience
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, SAN/NAS Storage, HCI, etc. Relevant certifications is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365 and windows Server environment. Relevant certification is a must.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation of Office365 is a plus.
Expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Main Duties:
Routine administrating and maintenance of AEs core IT operating systems and productivity suites.
Installation and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
Administration and management of windows-based systems and group policies for AE (HQ and AA).
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or existing IT infrastructure.
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Administration of Datacenters / Server rooms and its equipment
Administration of enterprise security solutions such as anti-virus and Veeam back-up
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruption.
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
Administration of Active Directory domain controllers and group policies.
Administration of Microsoft Office 365.
Configuration and upgradation of Windows and MAC based devices and their management centrally through SCCM and other similar solutions.
Configuration and upgradation of mobile devices (iOS, Android) and their management centrally through Meraki MDM, Intune and other MDM solutions.
Set up user accounts and workstations
Support end users (password reset, lock\\unlock accounts etc)
Implement the group policies for user accounts and workstations
Administrating and maintaining the file servers
Monitoring and maintaining DR Site (Azure or other)
Upgrade systems with new releases, patches, and upgrades
Support and resolve software and application issues
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Servers, Storage, Office 365, SCCM, Virtual Machines and required web apps
Configuration and maintenance of back-up
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and documentation of IT related issues
Effective utilization of IT helpdesk solution for routine IT operations.
Monitoring system performance
Support site engineers with all the desktop applications, workstations and related equipment problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
