- Managing a team of IT support technicians
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, both technical and with processes
- Providing support for our customers (Microsoft) and our Yo colleagues (Google)
- Ensuring systems are secure and updated
- Working through tickets on our Salesforce CRM system
- Answering inbound support calls
- Resolving Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS software issues
- Resolving issues with connected devices, printers, scanners etc
- Monitoring customers network and backup using the RMM
- Maintaining networks (troubleshooting)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting and developing the IT support team
- Working to SLA\'sSalary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSAre you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - Verbal and written
- 3+ years experience in IT management is essential
- Experience in leading an in house service desk team
- Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience working with UK businesses is beneficial
- Confident in Windows operating systems; Windows 7,8,10,11 Windows Server 2003-2019 and Mac OS Big Sur/ Montreal
- Experience with networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP etc)
- Office 365, Sharepoint and OneDrive Experience
- Local and Cloud Backup solutions
- Experienced in Google applications
- Building and maintaining servers
- Persistence to overcome challenges
