Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive

IT Support Intern

to assist our IT team with troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware/software, and supporting employees with their IT needs. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, emails, and access permissions.

Support employees in resolving basic IT-related queries and provide training on IT tools.

Help in managing IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.

Maintain documentation for IT support processes and technical guides.

Ensure security protocols are followed, including antivirus updates and system backups.

Assist in software updates, patches, and system maintenance.

Work on special IT projects as assigned by the IT team.
