• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Document and track support issues in the ticketing system, escalating issues as needed.
• Support IT team with daily tasks, including system backups, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Set up new workstations and ensure all required software and configurations are installed.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets and peripherals.
