It Support Executive
Job Description
• Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Document and track issues, solutions, and work performed in the ticketing system
Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years UAE Experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Must have UAE Driving License
• Cancelled or Visit visa candidates who can join immediately

Pay: From AED3.00 per month
