Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support to employees regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network and server systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Train employees on the proper use of software and systems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking, server systems, and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
